The new Brothers Cove office hours are from 8:00 am - 10:00 pm 7 days a week (subject to change in off season months). Our office is closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
Brother’s Cove is a family owned rental community that is nestled in 400 acres of pristine countryside. Great concern went into the development of Brotherís Cove as to maintain the natural beauty of the land. Each cabin was created with subtle nuances, yet distinct to have their own personality, blending into the mountain log cabin community. The cabins are individually owned and newly built, offering the amenities listed below. Some cabins offer mountain views, a quiet forest setting, or soothing creek settings.

Every attempt is made to guarantee a specific cabin. However due to unforeseeable circumstances, you may be moved to a comparable cabin. This is to ensure your safety, comfort and convenience.
Reservations are to be paid in full 7 days prior to arrival. We will charge the credit card on file for the remaining balance and you will be e-mailed a receipt. If you choose to use another credit card, please call our office to make those arrangements and you will be e-mailed a receipt. Again, we accept Visa, Master Card, Discover Card and money orders to pay the remainder of your balance. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks. Please take a moment when you arrive at your cabin to review the detailed policies and procedures.
All changes or cancellations must be received in writing. If proper notice is not given as indicated, the deposit will be forfeited.

Check-In and Late Arrivals:
If you arrive after office hours, which must be prearranged, you must check-in into the office by 2 pm on the following day. On weekends this may mean checking into the American Mountain Rentals Office at 110 Hillis Drive in Pigeon Forge. Please be sure to get the address and phone number of the cabin you are staying in for family and friends in the event of an Emergency. The cabin name, address, and phone number are located on your deposit confirmation.
Check-Out/Departure 11 am:
Please load all dirty dishes and cookware and start the dishwasher. All garbage must be sealed in plastic garbage bags and placed at the end of the driveway; the BBQ grill should be cleaned. A minimum fee of $50 will be charged if excessive cleaning is required.
To conserve energy and help the environment, please turn lights and televisions off when you leave, set the heat to 60 or the air conditioning to 80 degrees, and close the fireplace screen and flue. Please leave all windows and doors closed and locked and return furnishings to their original positions.
Valid Pricing and Information:
The only way you can be sure that you will be renting one of our cabins and that any funds will go to your rental is to make sure the reservation along with your credit card information is made on one of our web sites or that you call (800)508-6070. We are not responsible for monies paid, nor will you be serviced by us for any cabins that are listed on other web sites including and not limited to Craig's List or any other Rental By Owner sites.
Entry Touch Key Pads:
Each cabin is inventoried after each use. Therefore, upon arrival, report any apparent damage, housekeeping issues, and shortage of furnishings or equipment to the office at: 868-8500.
If you need to get trash out of the cabin prior to checkout, there is a dumpster by the Brothers Cove Office which you can use to dispose of it any time day or night.
Uninvited Seasonal Guests (AKA: Critters and Bugs!):
Hot Tubs and Spas:
Fireplaces are not operational during the months of April through September. No foreign materials (plastic, foam, magazines, etc) may be burned in any cabin fireplace. Please review posted directions, and be sure flue is open while operating. Fire extinguishers are located near the fireplace and exterior of cabin. Due to several close calls, candles of any kind are not permitted in the cabins.
Some cabins may have outdoor fire pits. Please use extreme caution, including keeping small children under control and not pouring burning or warm embers on the ground as this may start an uncontrollable wildfire.
Lost and Found:
If television, DVD, VCR or component wiring is changed to facilitate use of games, camcorders etc, it must be returned to the same condition as when received. If you have left the cabin with any hookups changed or removed cable(s) from a cabin, you will be charged for a service call and the cost purchasing and replacing the cable(s).
Internet service provided to our guests are so that they can to do normal web surfing, E commerce, email exchanges and internet messaging and are not for illegal activity including but not limited to illegal downloading or sharing of music, movies or software, visiting web sites with content illegal in the state of Tennessee.
Please call the office at (865)868-5800 to report any problems that may arise as soon as they occur. We do attempt to correct all deficiencies as soon as humanly possible and to schedule repairs/maintenance tasks with our renterís privacy and convenience in mind. Unfortunately, there will be no refunds or adjustments should a problem arise.
