Great concern went into the development of Brother’s Cove as to maintain the natural beauty of the land. Each cabin was created with subtle nuances, yet distinct to have their own personality, blending into the mountain log cabin community. The cabins are individually owned and newly built, offering the amenities listed below. Some cabins offer mountain views, a quiet forest setting, or soothing creek settings. Policies and Procedures:
Making Reservations: Every attempt is made to guarantee a specific cabin. However due to unforeseeable circumstances, you may be moved to a comparable cabin. This is to ensure your safety, comfort and convenience. Reservations are to be paid in full 7 days prior to arrival. We will charge the credit card on file for the remaining balance and you will be e-mailed a receipt. If you choose to use another credit card, please call our office to make those arrangements and you will be e-mailed a receipt. If you choose to use another credit card, please call our office to make those arrangements. Again, we accept Visa, Master Card, Discover Card and money orders to pay the remainder of your balance. All changes or cancellations must be received in writing. If proper notice is not given as indicated, the deposit will be forfeited. We now offer travel insurance which can protect you in case of accident, illness, inability to travel because of weather conditions and more. On weekends this may mean checking into the American Mountain Rentals Office at 110 Hillis Drive in Pigeon Forge. Please be sure to get the address and phone number of the cabin you are staying in for family and friends in the event of an Emergency. The cabin name, address, and phone number are located on your deposit confirmation. Therefore, upon arrival, report any apparent damage, housekeeping issues, and shortage of furnishings or equipment to the office at: 868-8500. Garbage pickup occurs daily between 8 am and 10 am. Please bag your garbage and place it at the end of your driveway after 7 am and we will swing by to pick it up. If you miss the scheduled time please wait until the next day as the local wildlife are messy eaters and it can harm them.
