Brother’s Cove Pet Friendly Cabin Rental Policies
Brothers Cove Resort offers pet friendly lodging in the Smokey Mountians. We know you love your pets and find it important to travel with them, so some of our cabins are pet friendly. However, we do have some stipulations and ask all pet owners to be responsible so we may continue to be a “pet friendly” family resort.
Pet Friendly Cabin Rental Requirements
- A credit card number must be on file for possible damages
- No more than 2 pets @ 35 pounds each are allowed. They must be house broken.
- NO OUTSIDE PETS
- A non-refundable Pet Fee, in addition to the regular cleaning fee, of $50 for the first pet and $75 for two pets will be assessed when placing your reservations
Pet Owner Rules and Regulations
- All pets must be walked regularly and you must “pooper scoop” each time!
- Pets left unattended in cabin for any length of time must be crated.
- NO pets allowed in the pool or picnic area or any other commons area of the resort.
- Pets are never to be left outside the cabin or on the deck when you are gone from the cabin.
- Pets should always be leashed when you are out walking in the resort.
- Pet owners will be responsible for any cabin damage caused by their pets.
- NO MORE THAN 2 PETS PER CABIN.
Pets are the responsibility of the pet owner(s) and Brother’s Cove Property Management Company accepts no responsibility for any pets, attended or unattended, on the premises of the resort. Anyone caught violating the rules and regulations above will be asked to remove their pet from the premises and there will be no refunds of rental or pet fees.
